Boiler and Plumbing Prices in Mansfield

A combi boiler swap is £2,500 and a system boiler swap is £3,000, both including VAT, from Axio Gas in Mansfield. Our most popular option is a complete package at £3,600: a 30kW premium combi with a twelve year manufacturer warranty, horizontal flue, magnetic filter, Cal Mag filter, shock arrester, a full power flush of the system, all materials and a smart thermostat with an app. Every price is confirmed in writing before any work starts.

A combi boiler service is £80 including VAT from Axio Gas in Mansfield. That covers cleaning the filters, measuring the system and gas pressures, taking flow and return temperatures, and analysing the combustion gases with a flue gas analyser. The service is recorded by a Gas Safe registered engineer, which is what keeps your manufacturer warranty valid.

A landlord gas safety certificate is £120 including VAT from Axio Gas in Mansfield, and that price includes a full boiler service rather than the safety check alone. We carry out the legionella risk assessment in the same visit. Landlords who need guaranteed same day attendance can take a retainer at £40 a month.

Boiler relocation is £700 including VAT from Axio Gas in Mansfield, on top of the price of the boiler swap itself. Moving a boiler means new gas, water and flue runs to the new position and making good the old one, which is why it is priced separately from a like-for-like replacement in the same spot.

A smart thermostat supplied and installed is £95 including VAT from Axio Gas in Mansfield. It is already included in our £3,600 boiler package, so you would only pay the £95 separately if you are adding one to a heating system you already have.

Capping of gas is £85 including VAT from Axio Gas in Mansfield. This is the job you need when an appliance is being removed, or when a gas appliance has been found unsafe and has to be made safe by a Gas Safe registered engineer.

Yes. Every price Axio Gas publishes includes VAT at 20 per cent, so the figure you read is the figure you pay. Axio Gas Ltd is VAT registered under number GB 427 707 484.

The £3,600 package from Axio Gas in Mansfield includes a 30kW premium combi boiler, a twelve year manufacturer warranty, a horizontal flue, a magnetic filter, a Cal Mag filter, a shock arrester, a full power flush of the existing system, all materials and sundries, and a smart thermostat with an app. It is supplied, fitted, commissioned and warranty registered, including VAT.

Axio Gas does not publish a single repair price, because the cost depends entirely on the fault. You pay for the diagnosis first, then we give you a fixed price for the repair before any work begins, so you agree the cost up front rather than watching an hourly rate run. If you decide to replace the boiler instead, the diagnosis fee comes off the installation price.

Axio Gas publishes its standard prices because a vague price is easier to move upwards on the doorstep, and we would rather you knew the number before you rang. The prices are for the standard version of each job. Where a house makes the work harder, an awkward flue run or a gas supply that needs upgrading, we show you the difference itemised before we start rather than raising the figure once the old boiler is off the wall.

Yes, on a like for like basis. Axio Gas will not be beaten on a like for like quotation, and like for like means five things matching: the same boiler, the same registered warranty length, the same system clean, the same filtration, and a Gas Safe registered installer. Send us the written quote and we will tell you honestly whether it is comparable.

Axio Gas prices air source heat pumps, homebuyer heating surveys, leak detection, new water supplies and commercial work individually rather than publishing a figure, because the variation between jobs is too wide for one honest number to cover. Heat pump cost depends on a room by room heat loss survey; leak detection depends on how long the leak takes to find. Call 01623 354 884 and we will price yours.
