What size of commercial work do you take on?
Small to medium commercial premises: shops, offices, catering, small industrial units, landlord-managed blocks. Cascade boiler systems are well within scope. Tell us what plant you have and we will tell you straight whether it suits us.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes, planned preventative maintenance on a schedule, with the records kept for you. We also run a £40 a month same day retainer which a lot of smaller commercial clients and landlords use.
Can you work outside our trading hours?
We can plan work around your hours where the job allows it. What we do not do is advertise a twenty four hour emergency service we could not actually staff.
What insurance do you carry?
£5,000,000 public liability. We will send the certificate before we start.
Can you provide a tender for a specified job?
Yes, itemised and properly built up. Liam holds a QLS Level 5 Diploma in construction cost estimation, so the quote you get is costed rather than estimated.
Do you handle gas interlock and catering equipment?
The Gas Safe registration covers cookers, fires, meters and LPG as well as boilers. Send us the details of the appliances and we will confirm what is in scope.
